Hi, we’re Rob & Judi Seeley and it’s great to meet you…

We have recently been offered the opportunity to distribute Sexy Hair in Australia and have just had our first shipment arrive, so we’d like to take a moment to introduce ourselves…

Now with over 25 years experience, Rob Seeley began his hairdressing industry career in a sales role where his natural business savvy and second-to-none customer service saw him rise quickly to be awarded one of our industries most prestigious sales awards – the L’Oreal Paris Sales Award.

Inspired & encouraged, Rob moved on to his own start up business Salon Management Australia where he focused on training and mentoring salon owners and managers across Australia & New Zealand. Owning a numbers of salons at this time also gave Rob the unique ability to relate first hand experience & insights.

Over the past 17 years in the area of sales management, for Goldwell as State & Regional + Major accounts Manager and then PPS Hairwear as State Manager before moving onto National Sales Manager, Rob has lead sales teams to achieve both personal and team results beyond their expectations by encouraging them to reach their full potential. At the same time Rob has continued his own education and development by completing a Bachelor of Business, Sales & Marketing Degree and MBA.

After completing her hairdressing apprenticeship in the late ‘80’s, Judi Seeley worked in all facets of the hairdressing industry - as a stylist, colourist, manager, salon owner and session stylist. But it was the education component of the hairdressing industry that ignited a passion for training that drives Judi to this day.

Judi moved into her first technical / training role as one of the youngest to take on the challenge in the industry at Wella and Judi has worked nationally over the past 17 years for industry leaders including Goldwell and PPS in roles including Australia New Zealand Technical Manager at PPS Hairwear.

Judi has also been involved in the area of hairdressing marketing & product development for the past 10 years and is often called upon as an industry expert for her input into company strategy, product selection, trend forecasting & direction.

In January 2010 Judi and Rob, set up seeley&seeley salon professional a specialist professional haircare consultancy business. Between their combined experience, know how and proven track record they are able to offer expertise in the professional haircare business in sales, management, training, product development and distribution.

Sexy Hair is a brand internationally that is energetic & dynamic but more importantly passionately and unapologetically completely hairdressing driven and focused. We are very excited and enthusiastic about the opportunity we have to share the passionate hairdressing culture, education and innovative products with Australian hairdressers.

We are really looking forward to meeting the existing Sexy Hair stockists in Australia and together working with them to build their businesses and the Sexy Hair brand to its full potential in our great part of the world, as well as introducing the Sexy Hair products and passion to many new stylists.

We have just completed our first induction training and along with us, our fantastic enthusiastic team have hit the road.
